About the CareSIM card:

1. Which eSIM provider is supported?

CareSIM is produced in accordance with the international GSMA standard specifications. As long as the eSIM supplier's configuration files comply with the standard specifications and the eSIM brand does not impose corresponding restrictions, in theory, the CareSIM card can support and use these configuration files; The specific situation also depends on whether the eSIM supplier has imposed corresponding restrictions. You can find the corresponding eSIM supplier to confirm whether the eSIM complies with the standard specifications and imposes relevant restrictions. 

As confirmed, eSIMs which is supported: Airalo, MTN nigeria , club, t mobile , 3 hk，Smartone，yoodo，KeepGo，Rakuten，Tello，BetterRoaming，O2 Germany，eSIM Internet，BH Mobile，CTM，airalo，Data eSIM，AIS，Holafly，Connect，lifecell，Vodafone UK，simyo，YESIM，CMLink，Global，US mobile，VIVIFI，FET Taiwan.

eSIMs from China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom can only be downloaded to wearable devices such as Apple watches and cannot be downloaded to CareSIM cards.

2. Which Android phones can CareSIM be used with? /What requirements does eSIM have for mobile phone firmware?

Theoretically, most Android phones with Android system 9 or above support CareSIM.

However, we suggest you download CareSIM App to verify whether it is compatible or not.

Some models may appear in the official website device support list but APP detection is not incompatible with the situation, belong to the individual problem, it is recommended to replace other Android devices. Thank you for your understanding.

3. How many eSIMs can I download with CareSIM?/ How many eSIMs can CareSIM store?

In theory, one CareSIM can store up to 15 eSIM files at most. If the eSIM file is large, there may be a situation where the storage space is full before reaching 15 eSIM profiles.

4. Is iPhone compatible with CareSIM?

The CareSIM app currently does not support installation on iOS phones.

But you can activate eSIM using the CareSIM app on Android phones, and then insert the eSIM card into your iPhone, which can also enable the use of the eSIM card on iOS phones.

5. Is there any eSIM profile on CareSIM?/How to activate CareSIM?

Generally, the CareSIM card is a physical card and does not contain any eSIM profile. If you need to download the profile, please purchase and download it from the corresponding eSIM website.

6. Is there an expiry date for CareSIM?

There is no expiry date for CareSIM, and you can use it as long as it is not damaged.

7. Is there a PIN or PUK code for CareSIM? How to get it?

The default PIN code for CareSIM card is 1234 and the default PUK is 12345678, provided that the card is empty or all eSIM status operations are disabled.

If an esim is enabled, the default PIN and PUK are determined by that eSIM, and the PIN and PUK codes need to be obtained by contacting the eSIM provider.

8. How to download CareSIM App?

9. I can't send/receive the verification code, what should I do?

Hi, please check your spam or change another email to try again, and make sure your phone time has been synchronized with the network time, or is consistent with the local time. If it is not the same, you can adjust it accordingly.

11. How to download my eSIM?

Please use the CareSIM app to scan the eSIM QR code and download.

At present, the CareSIM app only supports scanning QR codes to download eSIM (you can directly scan the eSIMK card QR code with your camera or save the QR code to your phone's photo album and select recognition download from the gallery). If the eSIM supplier does not provide the QR code, please contact the eSIM supplier to obtain the eSIM download QR code.

12. How to edit/modify my eSIM?

Please long press and hold the eSIM card name for 2-3 seconds, then click "Rename" to modify the eSIM name, which will help identify different eSIM cards.

13. How to delete my eSIM?

Please first turn off the eSIM card switch button, then long press the eSIM card name for 2-3 seconds, and click "Delete" on the pop-up card to delete it.Please note: Before deleting or disabling eSIM, you need to check the "Allow disabling/deleting" option in the app's settings for enabled profiles.
